Who are we?
We are Silvia and Frank from the Netherlands, an adventurous couple who enjoy life. In 2023 we became the owners of a fantastic house in Pedreguer, not far from the Spanish Costa Blanca which we like to share with you.
Silvia was born and raised in Argentina and speaks six different languages: You can speak with her in Spanish, English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch.
Frank is from the Netherlands and only speaks two Languages: Dutch and English.
We are looking forward to host you in our house!
Where are we?
Our house is located in Monte Solana, near Pedreguer. A nice and quiet urbanisation set upon the hillside to the south west of Pedreguer. It consists of mostly villas and is international in population, predominately English, Dutch and German.
A car is quite necessary to reach the house and be able to reach the nearby village for groceries.
